Privacy Policy
By using our engine reconditioning, fitting, or repair services, you agree to these terms, which comply with UK consumer law.
1. Payments
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book your service. 
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before collection or delivery. 
- Extra work/parts will be charged separately and paid upfront. 
- Payments accepted via bank transfer or card; no refunds on deposits or completed work. 
2. Remote Orders
- Detailed quotes are provided for distance services. 
- Payment confirms consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. 
- Customer arranges vehicle delivery unless collection is agreed (extra charge). 
- No refunds once work starts or parts are ordered. 
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Initial quotes are estimates; actual costs may change after inspection. 
- Market changes or additional repairs may affect pricing. 
4. Additional Work
- Customer approval is required for extra repairs. 
- If declined, parts will be reassembled, and the vehicle must be collected within 72 hours. 
5. Completion Time
- Most jobs are completed in 7–14 working days, subject to part availability and complexity. 
- Delays due to external factors are not the company’s responsibility. 
6. Collection & Storage
- Vehicles must be collected within 3 days after completion or declined work. 
- £50/day storage fee applies thereafter. 
- Vehicles not collected within 15 days may be sold, with 7 days’ written notice. 
7. Warranty
- 6-month warranty on reconditioned parts/labour; non-transferable. 
- Warranty is void if: - Third parties work on the vehicle, 
- Engine is remapped/altered, 
- Maintenance advice is ignored, 
- Post-repair advisories are not followed. 
 
- Claims must be submitted in writing. 
8. Liability
- Not liable for personal belongings, consequential damages, or customer-supplied parts. 
- Liability only applies in cases of proven negligence. 
9. Conduct
- Abusive behavior voids warranties and ends service. 
- Such conduct will be reported to authorities. 
10. Vehicle Retention
- Vehicles and parts remain company property until full payment is received. 
- No release until all dues are cleared. 
11. Exclusions
- Warranty doesn’t cover racing, neglect, accidents, or misuse. 
12. Legal Jurisdiction
- Governed by English law under the jurisdiction of England and Wales courts. 
- No third-party rights under these terms. 
13. Final Notes
- Changes to work will be added to this agreement. 
- Remove valuables before handing over your vehicle. 
- Contact us via the provided email for support or questions. 
14. Data Protection
- We collect personal data (e.g., name, contact, vehicle info) to provide and manage services. 
- Your data may be shared with trusted service providers but never sold. 
- We retain data only as long as necessary and protect it with strict security measures. 
- You have rights under UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
